In summary, by hiring with Once Upon a Dress, you agree to return your dress by the due date (late returns are $25 per day), with cleaning included in your hire fee. Optional $10 damage insurance covers up to $100 of accidental damage, with major damage or loss charged at the dress’s replacement value. Cancellations 7+ days before your hire date receive a credit; within 7 days no credits are issued.

Our standard hire period is 4 or 8 days. If you are wanting to hire for a longer period. Please get in touch and we can let you know the cost for the period of time you are wanting it for. Bundle deals are available.
