In summary, by hiring with Once Upon a Dress, you agree to return your dress by the due date (late returns are $25 per day), with cleaning included in your hire fee. Optional $10 damage insurance covers up to $100 of accidental damage, with major damage or loss charged at the dress’s replacement value. Cancellations 7+ days before your hire date receive a credit; within 7 days no credits are issued.
